The HOA Board is comprised of seven volunteer members.  All are homeowners in The Shores. Many attend Town of Jupiter meetings to stay current with city projects and developments and how they impact the community. Rest assured, you are represented by the expertise and knowledge of Board members who stay well informed to make decisions which best suit the needs of our community.  Your Board of Directors are committed to protect the interest of the Association, both fiduciary and physical, as well as, preserving quality of life for all residents.

The Board meets monthly and the general session of the meeting is open to all homeowners.

All meetings are posted on The Shores website and at the front entrance of the neighborhood. There is also an Annual Homeowners meeting, held at the Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, which is at the corner of Indiantown Road & Military Trail Drive. At this meeting, the entire community is invited to hear the annual state HOA presentation which is presented by the Board. 

In order to facilitate efficient and effective operation of our community, the Board contracts our management company, RealTime Property Management. Realtime Property Management handles the day-to-day management of the HOA including, vendor management,  ACC requests for project approval and violation enforcement.
