Yes, all changes to the exterior of any property in The Shores must first be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning any project. ACC Request for Project Approval Applications are available for download from the HOA forms and documents page.

Yes, homeowners are responsible for maintaining, pruning and replacing their street oaks located on the right of way adjacent to your property.
When is trash picked up?

When do I install my hurricane shutters and when should they be removed?
TIMING FOR ALL HURRICANE PROTECTION: The hurricane shutters and panels should be installed when the National Weather Service has established a cone of probable land fall which includes the town of Jupiter, Florida. These shutters should be completely removed when the likelihood of land fall is low. This includes clear shutters/panels. Permanent roll-up and accordion shutters are required to be open after the storm threat has passed.
